Mission & Vision

WELCOME TO ANDERSON NEW TECHNOLOGY HIGH SCHOOL

ANTHS Mission

Business, college, and university leaders desperately need people who possess “soft skills,” defined as “the personal habits and traits that shape how one works, either individually or with others.” In a recent survey conducted by Indeed.com, one of the largest job search websites in the world, 1,000 hiring managers presented their list of the essential attributes of the top performers at their companies. The soft skills that they are focused on are problem-solving, effective communication, self-direction, adaptability, and work ethicThrough our teaching, modeling, and assessing of the essential soft skills, which are incorporated alongside our curriculum, our students are prepared for a successful future.

ANTHS Vision

“At New Tech, we place a high priority on preparing our students for a successful future.”
